Laurel Creek Beef
Our Kentucky Proud farm now has grass fed beef in addition to grain finished.
We have booked appointments at a Kentucky processor months in advance. We’d love to be your supplier of local, farm fresh beef.
We have been raising beef cattle since 1988 after many years raising hogs. We believe there is nothing better than farm to table products. The cattle are born, raised, and finished on the farm.
Feel free to reach out with any questions you have.
Beef Information and Cut Options
How It Works:
Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether it’s ½ a beef or a whole beef.
Complete the beef order form. Don’t worry, we can help.
Due to high demand and our processing schedule, beef shares are limited.
Our normal hang time is 10-14 days to improve tenderness. This is known as “aging”.
We will call you when your share is ready to be picked up from the processor.(Processor: Beef and Bacon in Calhoun, Ky OR E.A. Biggs in Smiths Grove, Ky). Once you receive the call from us, you will pick up your meat directly from the processing center unless you have made alternate arrangements.
Enjoy your delicious beef!
Pricing:

We can give you an idea of what a previous 900 pound beef produced, but remember it varies on the thickness of cuts and the cuts you order. .THESE ARE NOT GUARANTEED NUMBERS. This is to give you an idea of what you might receive if you purchase ½ of a beef.
